Family Pride is hiring Therapeutic Behavior Support Staff to support individuals and families across the communities we serve. What You’ll Do Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families Provide outpatient mental health and/or substance use case management services Support clients in home, school, work, and community settings Promote independence and daily living skills Respond to crisis situations when needed Collaborate with supervisors, team members, families, and community partners Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Deliver ethical, high-quality, client-centered care What We’re Looking For Education High School Diploma required Associate degree required Bachelor’s degree preferred (Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, or related field) Experience Minimum of 2 years in a human service–related field Experience with community-based mental health services, crisis intervention, and care coordination preferred Skills & Qualities Strong communication and relationship-building skills Understanding of mental health conditions, de-escalation techniques, and human behavior Cultural sensitivity and teamwork mindset Organized, dependable, and eager to continue learning Transportation Reliable transportation required for community-based work Why You’ll Love Working at Family Pride We believe in supporting our staff just as much as our clients.
