Job Description Schaeffler Group Strategy & Business Developm. Profess. Your Key Responsibilities This position is responsible for generating management reports, attend and represent sales at business reviews and provide presentations to the business units/management. Analyze and drive the budget and strategy dialogue process. Analyze sales and margin deviations and drive activites for improvements. Prepare and attend audits and ensure critical KPI's are achieved. Support strategy and business development objectives, work on strategies and respective initiatives/ projects. Support the development and execution of business strategies and initiatives to achieve strategic objectives. Research and analyze market information to identify business development opportunities, trends and address potential cases. Create future market scenarios and propose strategic responses to ensure long-term profitability and market positioning. Present findings to key stakeholders and collaborate to initiate business development activities. Manage and coordinate the implementation of agreed action plans to ensure the success of business development projects. Build and maintain networks with market partners and stakeholders to support business growth according to set milestones. Contribute to the definition of strategic objectives, planning guidelines, and organizational development plans to align with corporate or business division goals. Your Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, or Engineering; or similar 1 to 3 years of automotive experience OEM or Tier 1 Sales support. Strong business and communication skills with an understanding of financial drivers/shareholder value and knowledge of industry standard business language which includes familiarity with contracts, payment terms, proposals, pricing, margins. Sound stregic thinker that posses vision and the ability to indentify opportunities. Excellent presentation and communication skills that enable the ability to condense complex issues into concise messages for both internal and external communications. Strong problem solving, analytical and listening skills. Ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic and matrixed local and global organization. Proficient knowledge in MS Office Suite with emphasis in Excel functions including pivot tables, Vlookup etc. Strong ability to quickly interpret and analyze data and come up with observations, conclusions, and short/long recommendations. Fluent in English. Willingness to travel 10%.
