What the role entails
Develop and maintain effective relationships with both new and existing customers.
Provide customer support through knowledge of our products and their applications.
Respond to inbound sales calls.
Maintain effective internal and external communication flow
Prepare and send submittal package to Distributor or Direct Buy customer after a Purchase Order has been received.
Research through various lead sources, including subscription services, construction, contractor, government and other internet websites for ACO product opportunities.
Assist Architects, Engineers, Designers and Distributors with technical and specification information for products prior to purchase order submission, as needed.
Prepare and send quotations to contractors and price confirmations to distributors prior to bid dates or as requested.
Follow up with project, participants to determine when a contract has been awarded to a general contractor or sub-contractor, obtain contractor's name and relevant contact details, and forward to Area Sales Manager for follow up.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; a minimum of one year previous inside sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
