Job Description:

Electrical and hydraulic assembly of industrial equipment. Forklift technician experience is a plus.

This position is a hands-on position with full-charge responsibilities for building, wiring, and plumbing hydraulic power units, electro-mechanical power systems, and pneumatic systems.

Must be familiar with single-phase, 3-phase, 110V, 220V, 440V AC, and 12/24/48V DC power systems. Be familiar with industrial controls including transformers, contactors, relays, switches, and sensors, or be extremely motivated to learn.

The responsibilities include drilling and tapping component mounts, full mechanical assembly, control panel building and wiring, wire and hose routing, plumbing of hydraulic components, and testing and troubleshooting equipment.

Responsibilities:
--- Assembly of electrical power units for hydraulically powered equipment.
--- Manufacturing assembly of power and hydraulics for a busy machine-building company.
--- Document actions by completing records. Maintain compliance with ISO9001 quality management system.
--- Maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:
--- Previous experience with hydraulics and electrical power assembly.
--- This position requires experience in industrial hydraulics and controls.
