Learn more at DescriptionThe Service Program Analyst HVS (High Value Segment) is responsible for supporting the growth initiatives associated with the HVS strategy. The Analyst works closely with Sales and Marketing to develop and manage specialty service offerings and is responsible for managing the operational costs of those programs. The Analyst works closely with our site leads to implement and optimize service offerings that maximize the customer experience while minimizing cost. The Analyst also helps lead and facilitate product transitions associated with HVS and collaborate across different functions including Product Management, Operations, Procurement, R&D and Finance.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Work closely with the Commercial Team to help develop flexible service programs to drive growth in the High Value Segment (HVS)Take lead role in supporting new product offerings in non-traditional supply channelsDefine the process by which these products will be brought to market from a Supply Chain perspectiveManage and analyze HVS Service Program requestsPerform regular deep dive analysis on current product offerings; make recommendations based on findingsProvide input to the Supply Planning team to develop inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outsHold regular PLT portfolio reviews with a focus on service programsInteract with sales, marketing, and commercial finance to understand demand forecast drivers for HVS productsCollaborate with operations and inventory planning to develop a plan that maximizes asset utilization and supports excellent customer serviceProvide Supply Chain coordination and follow-up for Product TransitionsWork closely with PLTs, Product managers, and Operations to plan and carry out product transitionsManage Custom Coat/Select Solutions Customer Service ToolEXACT Optimizer subject matter expert and provides site batching supportQualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field preferred2-4 years Supply Chain or related experienceAPICS certification or equivalent logistics education preferredStrong analytical, mathematical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills and detail-orientedAbility to interface with cross-functional groups to define and execute overall requirementsAdvanced skills taking large amounts of data and distilling into meaningful solutions.Able to develop systematic processes to recreate complex analyses for frequent monitoring of various business conditionsAbility to work well with all levels of management and employeesProficient with use of Databases, Spreadsheets, Mainframe/ERP Systems, and modeling methods for analysisAble to understand what customers value and to identify/execute logistics strategies that enhance LGM-NA's capabilities to deliver that valueWorks effectively with a wide number of other functional areasEffective written and oral communication skillsAbility to construct persuasive arguments to support a proposal/idea and to build supportCan present effectively to customers and all levels of the Avery OrganizationResults oriented; successful track recordTakes initiative to complete projects and achieve objectives.Ability and willingness to challenge the organizational paradigms and status quoHas a positive, risk taking attitudePushes for continuous improvement in performance in all areasIND124#PIQAdditional InformationAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, protected veteran status or other protected status.
