Job Description Duties
- Work to understand security and technology requirements related
to the infrastructure technology products and business applications
to subsequently translate those into a clear, consistent
cybersecurity technology roadmap, build consensus in the
infrastructure & operations organizations, influence leadership
support to execute successfully and implement successfully.
- Leverage expertise in cyber security technologies and strategy
to help lead, mentor, and grow junior and mid-level team members
in: compute, data storage, data center, operating systems,
database, networking, security tools/cyber, virtualization,
automation, cloud and engineering applications for on premise and
off premise deployments
- Drive the development of security solutions with reusable
components that can be leveraged in different ways to meet globally
diverse business requirements from a broad stakeholder community
with input and requirements from multiple security personnel
- Evolve security posture in current Infrastructure & Operations
offerings (I&O) into next generation capabilities aligned to
new and emerging business needs and security requirements such as
on premise and off-site cloud capability, automation, and IT
security requirements.
- Work in partnership with your peers and colleagues to ensure
and implement a cohesive Security full tech stack at I&O
platforms
- Balance cost, quality, performance, capability and productivity
variables effectively.
- Design, develop and analyze Cybertechnology roadmaps as well as
an implementation plan based on current vs. future state in a
cohesive manner and in collaboration with your colleagues, peers
and adjacent service owners.
- Develop, review, analyze and maintain current security
architectures and system design documentation for related products
and services at I&O
- Design, build, administer, manage cybersecurity controls for
the I&O (i.e., IDS/IPS, EDR, DLP, WAF, UBA)
- Act as the subject matter expert for one or more of the
following areas: Network security, endpoint security, database
security, server security and identity management.
- Develop strategic roadmaps and tactical remediation plans to
address cyber security vulnerabilities and architectural weakness
in I&O
- Ensure cyber security tooling and underlying infrastructure
aligns to regulatory and security requirements
- Create Metrics and reporting capabilities to continuously
monitor identifies risk areas in I&O
- Champion the adoption of new cyber security technologies and
drive the implementations into the I&O platforms Required
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering,
Management Information Systems, or related technical degree.
- Seven years designing, developing, building, and implementing
security solutions and strategies containing at least three of the
following enterprise infrastructure technologies: compute, data
storage, data center, operating systems, database, networking, HPC,
security tools/cyber, virtualization, automation, cloud and
engineering applications for on premise and off premise
deployment.
- Five to seven years of progressive responsibility in managing
complex domain technology, and influencing senior-level management
and key stakeholders through structured communication and thought
leadership
- Hands-on experience in the specific technology domain, with
experience in requirements definition, solutioning, configuring,
customizing, testing, or operationalization. by Jobble
