Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday 2nd shift JOB SUMMARY: The Forge
Supervisor is responsible for supervising forge shop employees in
the manufacturing department. Key essentials of this position
include maintaining a safe, hazard-free work environment, planning
and assigning work, enforcing policies and procedures, maintaining
product quality standards, and recommending improvements in
production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working
conditions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable

- Maintains a positive, team environment relationship with
employees by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring,
and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining

Education and Experience : Minimum--Bachelor's degree plus 3-5
years supervisory experience. Computer Skills: Intermediate skills
in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MAS 500 (or other MRP/ERP system)
Mathematical Abilities: Above-average aptitude and ability to
interpret spreadsheets. Analytical or Reasoning Abilities: Ability
to visualize, articulate, and solve problems and concepts and make
decisions that are sensible and based on available information.
Communication Skills: Precise communication skills to effectively
and professionally communicate with internal colleague groups and
customers. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here
