Job DescriptionTrillium Staffing is Now Hiring a CNC Operator/Set-up! The starting pay is $18.00 per hour. Starting wage may increase depending on experience level. This position will be working on 2nd shift Monday through Thursday from 2:30pm until 1:00am. Off all day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Responsibility for the following areas: -Perform typical machine shop operations including accurate and efficient CNC set up. -Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to Machining Supervisor. -Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures. -Must be able to perform, but not limited to, the following tasks: grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, de-burring, sawing and sanding. -Perform inspection of machined products (including documentation of results). -Complete and maintain paperwork for parts. -Must be able to read and interpret drawings, follow routers, use simple math to perform basic calculations, and use basic hand held measuring tools. -Must have working command of the English language, and be able to communicate orally (Basic oral instructions) -Perform any and all other duties as assigned. -Reports directly to the Machining Supervisor.
