Description:Princeton Tool, a Princeton Precision Group company and full-service manufacturing facility supporting the aerospace & defense, medical, and power generation industries is looking for a dedicated Quality Inspection assistant to join our Quality team. The ideal candidate will thoroughly inspect incoming metal castings prior to and after machining processes have been completed. You will play a key role in identifying non-conforming parts prior to final approval and shipment. Requirements:Thoroughly inspect metal castings after various machining processes are completeInspect incoming and outgoing metal castingsIdentify non-conformances and communicate them to the individual machine operatorsAssist with communicating corrections and best practicesCommunicate to management any observed issues with specific part numbersIdentify and label non-conforming parts to minimize non-conforming product shipments to the customerInspect complete shipments prior to them leaving our facilityQualifications and SkillsHigh school diploma or GED required6 months of inspection experience in a manufacturing environmentAbility to read customer and internal work instructionsAbility and willingness to systematically inspect parts for non-conformancesCompensationStarting Wage: $14.00 per hour, increase to $15.00 per hour within 90 days
