Job Description:

(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Mental Health Counselor/Therapist - The qualified candidate will be an empathetic, emotionally intelligent licensed social worker or licensed professional clinical counselor with experience utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT, DBT, and MI with adult populations; a capacity to form strong, engaged relationships with clients and colleagues; and a passion to promote wellness and enhance the lives of adults with behavioral health disorders to live, learn, work, and participate fully in their families and communities.

Primary responsibilities include:

Provide outpatient individual therapy to adults; meet or exceed agency service expectations
Provide integrated assessment and evaluation
Provide crisis intervention and triage as needed
Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary treatment team, including external partners
Complete documentation in a timely manner; maintain records in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
Position requirements:

Masters degree in social work or clinical counseling required
LSW, LISW, LPC or LPCC required.
Minimum two years experience providing counseling services to adults
Training in at least one evidence-based treatment modality
Self-directed-self-starter and highly organized
