Job Description:

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Physician - Primary responsibilities include:

Represent the agency as a lead staff member of an intensive team, providing clinical services to at-risk children and families.
Family therapy with some crisis response, individual therapy, diagnostic assessments and group therapy.
Service provisions include a primary goal to aid in individual and family healing.
Coordinate care with other social services providers and systems within Lake County.
Position requirements include:

Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling.
LPC-LSW, LISW-LPCC required.
2 years experience in the mental health field with knowledge of child development, behavior management, skill development and parenting-discipline skills, and clinical issues is preferred.
Full Time position, flexible hours, 2-3 evenings a week required.
Must have an acceptable driving record (4 pts. or less), reliable transportation, and carry automobile insurance with minimum liability limits of $100,000-$300,000 and property damage of $50,000.
