Job Description:
END FINISHING Pay Rate: $15.00/hour Shift: First Shift Hours: 6
am till 3:30 pm (or) 7 am till 4:30 pm Schedule: Monday through
Friday (Standard) Mandatory Saturdays (Busy Season) Job Description
Perform END FINISHING operations per job specifications and
training. Read work instructions and follow them Read drawings and
follow them. Be able to "layout a part. Use appropriate measurement
tools Operate machines to ensure the highest quality of production
is achieved. Accurately and efficiently complete orders to
established procedures. Ensure compliance with all required
documentation. Meet daily production and quality goals. Achieve and
strive to expected run rates. Assist other operators as needed or
directed. Ensure the safe operation of equipment. Recommend
measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and
quality of product. Report immediately to supervisor/lead/manager
any and all problems, which may affect safety, equipment, tooling,
and/or quality. Maintain full working knowledge of all
processes.
