We are looking to fill an immediate opening for a Customer Care Specialist who can work either 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to receive and process domestic and international orders Utilize available resources to identify solutions and ensure customer satisfaction through effective call resolution Communicate and work with sales associates to ensure leads and opportunities are actively pursued Develop expertise in local requirements of regions directly supported and learn the general requirements of all regions Process product loaners, repairs, and/or returns Pursue additional new and complementary product sales Actively work with sales team and distributors to meet sales targets Perform other duties as needed Qualifications: Associate degree or higher is required, preferably in Sales, Marketing, or a related field; Equivalent years of work experience accepted in lieu of degree Must have at least 2 years of direct customer service experience in sales, marketing, billing, technical support, or related field; Experience with Domestic and International customers is preferred Bachelor's degree, Spanish speaking, and international sales or customer service experience is preferred Must be highly detail-oriented, able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, follow-up, meet deadlines, and work individually and as part of a team Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, along with strong customer focus, and the ability to teach and train Ability to use creating thinking to resolve customer problems and de-escalate and prioritize interactions with customers is needed Must be proficient using Microsoft Office products Only candidate that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
