Princeton Tool, a Princeton Precision Group company and full-service manufacturing facility supporting the aerospace & defense, medical, and power generation industries is currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic entry level Machine Operators to join our fast-paced production team. Ideal candidates will have a willingness to learn multiple machining processes including CNC, EDM, waterjet, and grinding equipment and be willing to train on 1st shift then move to 2nd or 3rd shift. Starting rate: $14.00/hr increase to $15.00/hr within 90 days.Highlights and Benefits

  Requirements:
  
  • Operate various precision machining equipment according to written or electronic work instructions. Including but not limited to: CNC, EDM, waterjet, and grinding machinery
  • Inspect all parts before and after loading into machines to verify there are no defects or abnormalities
  • Move non-conforming parts to the appropriate location
  • Complete all necessary documentation for non-conforming parts
  • Inspect and gage all parts after machining according work instructions
  • Record accurate gage data on appropriate paperwork
  • Maintain a clean and organized work space
  • Follow all safety regulationsKnowledge, skills, and abilities
    • Machining experience a plus but not required
    • Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision once training is complete
    • Basic understanding of mechanics and general shop tools
    • Ability to perform and understand basic math
    • Ability to read written and electronic work instructions
    • Reliable attendance and punctuality is a mustCompensation
