The ADM role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Energy Operations Team. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performance metrics, margin Account analysis, forecasting, and managing customer expectations.

  • Understand customer expectations and lead Energy Operations team to manage those expectations daily
  • Produce accurate quarterly and monthly forecasts for project and program work
  • Daily department reporting - SLA metrics, volume, margin, invoicing, etc.
  • Weekly team/supervisor Work Order reviews to maintain performance 
  • Assist with escalation issues that may arise with clients, vendors or staff
  • Work with Energy Director, PMs, PCs and Business Development to continue to communicate and build relationships
  • Responsible for actively ensuring program schedules are accurate
  • Assist in reviewing proposals for accuracy and pricing
  • Partner with Sales to identify opportunities and increase wallet share
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer. Develop customer relationships while establishing & providing regular reporting requirements.
  • Hold regular customer calls, keep notes and follow up on action items
  • Participate in customer visits and presentations as required
  • Responsible for customer program oversight and trend analysis
  • Partner with NBD to ensure smooth account transition with Sales, ADM, and Customer contacts and collaborate to identify best practices across all accounts
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for each Customer/Program
  • A/R follow up Customer Driven
  • Perform Margin Erosion Analysis
  • Hold regular team meetings, keep notes and follow up on action items
  • Partner with Team Leaders to ensure excellent customer service and ensure quality control process at ticket level
  • Review margin variances for approval
  • Approve POs (per approval matrix)
  • Handle HR issues, annual reviews, performance improvement plans, etc.
  • Partner with PDM to identify department trends and training opportunities.
  • Support rollout of policy and procedure manual through data analysis with ADM and Team Leaders
  • Prepare monthly SLA reports per customer and evaluate performance, speak to outliers, and improve processes internally based on findings
  • Occasional travel (less than 10%) to meet with clients
  • Weekly and monthly energy reporting as needed

Skills

  • Lighting and/or signage industry knowledge required
  • Advanced use of Excel and other MS Office programs
  • Ability to prioritize jobs based on urgency, customer expectations, importance
  • Ability to handle emergency situations as tey arise and provide immediate service as needed
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain calm and focus within a multi-tasking environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Organizational skills.

Education & Experience

 

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • College Graduate preferred
