Job Description:
Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) has a client seeking a
Welder/Fitter to work in the Cleveland, OH area. This position
offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance,
401(k), and paid time off. Responsibilities:3+ years of experience
in the layout, fabrication, and welding of metal componentsAdept at
various types of metal joiningMechanical aptitude using a variety
of hand tools and shop equipmentWorking knowledge of industry
standards for welding and fabricationAbility to read, understand
and interpret blueprintAbility to weld in all position3+ years
experience working with 16 gauge to 1/2" plate, mainly 3/16thWill
grind and clean up own welds, and will float around shop if needed
and might have to run a cold saw, and other misc duties as
neededHours are M-F, 6 am - 2:30 pm with OT as needed
Qualifications:High School diploma, GED, or vocational training is
requiredMig WeldingTig and/or Flux Core is a plus but not
requiredExperience with sheet metal and machinery fabricationMust
be a team playerWill be given a weld test About Integrated Talent
