Job Description Graco manufactures and markets premium equipment
to move, measure, control, dispense and spray a wide variety of
fluid and powder materials. What does that mean? Well, we pump
peanut butter into your jar, and the oil in your car. We glue the
soles of your shoes, the glass in your windows and the screen on
your phone. We spray the finish on your vehicle, coatings on your

part of your daily life. JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for production of
manufactured electromechanical environmental monitoring
instrumentation. The main function of the role is to ensure that
all manufactured/serviced items are built/serviced, calibrated and
tested to ensure optimum quality for the customer. Work is to be
completed to a high standard with zero defects. Examples of
activities include manufacturing & servicing (to work instruction)
of GA, Gxxx, Fixed Position Systems, etc. Completion of associated
paperwork and IT requirements. The Electrical Assembler is
responsible for the quality of the products/goods produced. The
electrical assembler will assemble subassemblies, final assemblies,
complete associate paperwork including documenting serial numbers
for part tracing, load firmware/software, and conduct required
testing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: /n - Must have experience working with
PCB, electrical wiring, and electrical components /n - Strong
soldering and de-soldering skills - Solder/Mount assembled
components, such as, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated
circuits and sockets on chassis panels & on PCBs. /n /n - Must have
good technical background and understand basic electronics /n - Use
hand tools such as crimps, stakes, wire strippers, cements, press
fits, or similar hand tools /n - Must be able to pot required
components /n - Must be able to tin wires /n - Must be able to work
with small components /n - Layout control boxes; drill and punch.
Layout back panels; drill and tap. /n - Plan, layout and perform
diversified wiring on a variety of custom and standard products. /n
- Loading firmware/software onto required subassemblies/final
products /n - Test electrical controls and adjust as required /n -
Ability to follow strict rules and procedures to meet Good
Manufacturing Process and Safety requirements. /n - Assist the
supervisor and alert him/her to non-conforming components. /n -
Ability to maintain inventory accuracy. /n - Ability to work
effectively, unsupervised, under own initiative /n - Excellent eye
for detail. /n - Strong communication skills. /n - Strong teamwork
capability, supporting others when required. /n - Perform other
duties as assigned. /n /n POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Essential: /n -
High School diploma or GED. /n - 2-3 years of related experience /n
- Experience in building electrical control panel or electrical
system integration experience. /n - Intermediate IT Skills /n -
Good mechanical aptitude using hand and power tools. /n /n
Desirable: /n - Minimum of a two-year degree in electrical or
electro-mechanical technology, or other relevant degrees in which
the majority of the curriculum is related to electronics,
electrical or electro-mechanical assembly/repair/diagnostics. /n -
Knowledge of NEC electrical standards. /n - Certificates in Basic
Math, Basic Blueprint, and/or Math for Manufacturing and Blueprint
Reading for Manufacturing Certificates, (PC Skills for
Manufacturing*), (Measurement Skills for Manufacturing*) or
equivalent trade-school certificate(s). /n - The ability to layout
set up performs standard operations and performs unique operations
where quality, tolerances, and sequences are specified. /n /n

base pay range for this position is listed below, exclusive of
fringe benefits or other compensation. If you are hired, your final
base hourly rate will be determined based on factors such as
geographic location, skills, competencies, education, and/or
experience. In addition to those factors, we will also consider
internal equity of our current employees. Please keep in mind that
the range provided is the full base salary range for the role.
Hiring at or near the maximum of the range would not be typical to
allow for future and continued salary growth. $20.92 - $31.38
