Job Description Job Description CNC Operator Manufacturing Third shift 10:00 pm - 6:00 am Pay: $25.25 while temporary. Once hired permament: Training on 1st shift 2-3 weeks 7a-330 Monday-Friday Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our production team in Wooster, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machines to ensure precision manufacturing. The ideal candidate has experience in machine operation, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Set up and prepare CNC machines by installing tools and configuring parameters according to work orders. - Monitor production processes, ensuring quality and making necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy. - Operate CNC machinery while following established procedures and safety guidelines. - Inspect manufactured parts for defects, discard non-conforming components, and follow quality control protocols. - Assist with routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minimizing machine downtime. - Follow all safety regulations and production guidelines, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Qualifications: Required: - High school diploma or GED equivalent. - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly in English. - Experience operating complex machinery in a manufacturing environment. - Strong attention to detail and good visual acuity. - Ability to lift and handle moderately heavy objects as required. - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Preferred: - At least two (2) years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting. - Familiarity with power tools and precision measuring instruments. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
