Job Description Job Description Gojob is hiring a Warehouse Lead for a logistics warehouse located in Seville OH. You will be responsible coordinating daily warehouse and production activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe operations. This role provides hands-on leadership to warehouse staff, supports workflow planning, monitors productivity and quality standards, and ensures work is completed in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and safety guidelines. Shift & Pay: Mon- Fri, 7:30am - 4pm Pay Range: $23 - 25/hr based on experience Responsibilities: Lead daily warehouse and production activities on the floor to meet workload demands, shipping schedules, and customer requirements. Assign and adjust work throughout the shift to keep production, picking, packing, and shipping running efficiently. Work alongside warehouse associates to train, coach, and support safe and accurate execution of tasks. Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy, ensuring procedures, work instructions, and safety standards are followed. Ensure proper handling, staging, labeling, storage, and movement of materials and finished goods. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, documentation, and issue resolution. Identify and address workflow issues, delays, shortages, or quality concerns, escalating when necessary. Maintain required production and operational records and keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or lead role is required. Knowledge of operating pallet jacks High school diploma or equivalent required 2 or more years of warehouse, logistics, or production experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Knowledge of warehouse management systems, scanners, or similar tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet productivity, quality, and safety expectations. Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move materials up to 30 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
