firm seeks high-qualified associates to join their Cleveland
office. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of corporate, capital
markets, and finance transactional and counseling experience to
join our Cleveland office. The ideal candidate will have experience
in a wide variety of transactions, including one or more of the
following areas: mergers and acquisitions and private equity
transactions, representing borrowers and lenders in commercial
financings or counselling clients with respect to securities
reporting requirements, corporate governance matters and public and
private offerings. Qualified candidates must possess excellent
academic credentials and strong writing/drafting skills.
