Job Description Job Description Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain simple to complex Workday reports, including matrix and composite reports, utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer • Deliver meaningful metrics, trends and analytical insights via Workday reporting and dashboards • Analyze, design and build new custom reports using standard Workday reporting functionality (ex: Report Writer, Calculated Fields) • Ensure custom reports function as designed based on business requirements • Provide support for existing custom reports in Workday • Ability to document the report function and design to facilitate maintenance • Participate in report reviews, including understanding and ensuring security and data privacy standards • Provide analysis of impacts to reporting based on new releases or updates to system functionality and recommend/apply changes Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Proficiency in Workday HCM report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer and Calculated Fields) • Analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills • Ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements • Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy • Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly confidential data • Working knowledge of HR/Finance information systems, including experience in designing, building and testing reports in various HR/Finance applications • Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in reports management • Workday experience or training preferred • 2 years of experience with HR/Finance applications and report development tools such as Business Objects, Crystal, and Workday Report Writer • HR/Finance functional experience preferred Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, IBM, Linux Technologies, AB Testing, Active Directory, Agile Scrum, Backup Technologies, Business Requirement Document, Workday, Workday Financial Management, Workday HCM, Workday HRIS, Workday Integration
