Job Description:

HRIS Project CoordinatorThe HRIS Project Coordinator will be an integral part of the HR Team and will work closely with the Director of HR on implementing strategic HR initiatives to improve employee processes, systems, and efficiencies as the business continues to grow and the changes and challenges that brings. Primary Job duties:As a systems subject matter expert, support the administration, configuration, optimization, and maintenance of ADP Workforce Now, including testing, training, upgrading, developing, and building new and better processes, including the integration with other people related and company systems.Support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Talent LMS, our Learning Management system, as well as new implementation and maintenance of IFS, our ERP system.Assist HR team members to finalize and validate payroll. Maintain an efficient payroll processWork with Business Partners and serve as technical point of contact to assist with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.Provide customer service to internal and external customers (i.e., payroll team, finance department, benefits administrators, security and information technology team, vendors, etc.) to ensure consistent processes and a high level of data accuracy and compliance.Provide technical support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet business needs and requirementsIdentify and assess system or process issues using standard procedures and make sound decisions regarding resolution. Escalate to appropriate systems' service teams when necessaryManage system security, user access, and permissionsIdentify and implement best practices to improve efficiencies and reconciliation processes for all provider services.Identifying other service needs including reporting, training, audits, business process enhancements and follow up on open issues.Provide technical support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet business needs and requirementsProvide training support for cross functional system end users.Oversight and administration of all people related systems and applications including implementations, upgrades, testing and system changes as needed.Ensure adherence to project schedules relating to HRIS.Working effectively to set technology priorities and conduct long term strategic planning.Identify, institutionalize, and drive process for accurate and timely reporting of all data, transactional audits and improved use of technology for efficiencies.Document HRIS processes, policies, and results.Manage ad hoc reporting. Prepare statistical summaries and special reports involving demographic, employment, compensation, performance, payroll, and other employee data.Travel approximately 20% to other facilities.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT or related field is preferredAt least 2-3 years of experience in HR positions of progressive responsibilityMust have current, relevant experience with ADP Workforce NowExperience in a fast-evolving company is necessary, technology org experience is optimalUnderstanding of data recording and analysisExcellent organizational and project-management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with high expectationsExperience in handling inquiries and concerns and delivering a high level of customer serviceExcellent analytical, critical thinking and math skills, with a focus on the detailsAbility to effectively use MS Office applications, including intermediate Excel and Outlook skillsAbility to independently analyze and solve problemsStrong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels in the organizationUncompromising security and privacy compliance
