Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager in the
Erie, PA area.This job will have the following responsibilities:
Will manage the overall HR responsibilities at the facility Will
handle tactical functions as well as strategic projects Will manage
direct reports Will oversee recruiting, on-boarding new employees,
succession planning, safety and health programs and training
programs Coach leadership on HR issues Participate on continuous
improvement teamsQualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's Degree
required Experience with HRIS, Workday preferred 5+ years of
experience within manufacturing 4+ years of HR Management
experience Change management experience needed Some strategic
