Our Human Resources team consists of HR Generalists, Recruiters, Training & Development Specialists and Marketing Professionals. Our co-op positions are designed around specific projects and functions but ensure that you gain access and exposure to all of the various HR disciplines. We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Co-Op that will assist our Training & Development team with constructing competency skill models across the organization. This is a highly collaborative role where the co-op will spend time working with leaders throughout various departments. Working at CRT:At Component Repair Technologies (CRT) we hire, train, develop and lead a robust team of highly technical workers that make the most difficult types of repairs on gas turbine engines. We are a certificated FAA repair station. We operate in the Aerospace field as well as the Marine & Industrial space working with the airlines, engine overhaul shops as well as original manufacturers such as GE, Pratt & Whitney and IAE.   • Pursuit of a four-year degree in a business, social science, education or related field (BS Management, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Development, B.A. Education, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills, able to organize and process information and maintain records.
  • Positive attitude, high level of energy and able to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of basic math.
  • Desire to learn new skills and aspects of the aerospace/manufacturing industry.
