Job Description:
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for achieving
staffing objectives and developing and executing recruiting plans,
recruiting and evaluating job candidates, partnering with key
stakeholders to provide support and guidance in relation to
staffing initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Lead also owns the
pre-employment process for both organizations ensuring that all
requirements are met for a seamless pre-hire experience.Include

including 401(k).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:35% Talent Acquisition: Takes
ownership of, and leads the organizations recruitment process from
sourcing candidates through hire. Inclusive of; sourcing,
interviewing, making offers and all pre-hire testing. Develops and
maintains relationships with talent acquisition-related vendors
including third party search firms to fill agency vacancies.25%
Technology: Proficient user of applicant tracking system (ATS)
Greenhouse and all its functionality, proficient in internet
recruiting via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, Indeed and any other
sourcing sites. Ability to utilize various forms of technology to
recruit talent.15% Business Partner: Provide advice and technical
assistance on the hiring process and use of the ATS. Counsel and
advise on the interview and hiring process for hiring managers in
regard to best practice and employment law. Provide feedback and
offer innovative solutions on ways to attract candidates with
offers and sourcing ideas.10% Recruiting Strategy: Designs and
develops successful recruitment plans, oversees implementation of
organizational recruiting strategies and programs, including
diversity initiatives, college relations, and other relevant
organizations.10% Relationship Building: Build relationships with
hiring managers by delivering excellent customer service that
mirrors our Core Values. Establish relationships with both future
and current candidates to build a candidate pipeline and a positive
reputation as an employer of choice.5% Miscellaneous Duties:o

ImprovementEDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration,
Business Management or Human Resources from an accredited college
or universityEXPERIENCE:Minimum of four (4) years of hands-on full
life cycle recruiting experience required - third party recruiting
experience highly desired --- Demonstrated experience successfully
filling positions in a high-volume environment required --- Must
have solid experience utilizing an applicant tracking system (i.e.
Taleo, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, Jazz, Jobvite, etc.) as well
HRIS system (i.e. ADP WFN, Workday, SAP, etc.) --- Demonstrated
creativity in sourcing candidates using a variety of sources ---
Prior Non-Profit and Healthcare experience (highly preferred) ---
Prior Human Resources experience as it relates to managing the
pre-employment process of candidates, hiring, benefits and
onboardingLICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS:Professional HR or Staffing
Certification (preferred) --- BLS/CPR/First Aid (as applicable,
company provided)PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:Drug
Screen, TB Test, Background check (required)Monday through Friday
schedule, with some flexibility needed for specific situations such
as career fairs, trainings or meetings
