Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner. Lead, motivate, and support a team of employees during shifts to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Assist in inventory management, including placing orders when necessary. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance. Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills. Leadership experience in a restaurant or service-oriented environment is preferred. Prior experience in the food service industry. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
