Shift Type: Days; Nights Rate: $2,280/40-hours Requirements: Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact Graduate of an accredited
nursing program (ADN or BSN required; BSN preferred) Minimum of 1–2
years of acute care nursing experience preferred (ICU, Step-Down,
or Telemetry) Current BLS certification required; ACLS required or
obtained within a specified timeframe Strong cardiac monitoring and
critical thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced environment Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing
care to Step-Down/PCU patients Monitor patient status and cardiac
rhythms Administer medications and treatments Document patient care
accurately Collaborate with the healthcare team Respond to changes
