Start Date: 3/30/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is
working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN
in Cleveland, Ohio, 44140! Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg
Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to
travel. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA
BLS & ACLS required, MUST be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start
