Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/19/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Orthopedic Job Details: • Provide care to medical/surgical adult inpatients including orthopedics, neuro-surgical and level 1 trauma patients • Work on a 24-bed unit with surveillance and telemetry monitoring using Masimo technology • Care for medical-surgical adult inpatients, orthopedic, non-acute stroke and trauma patients • Focus on zero-harm initiatives, patient safety and quality care delivery • Enhance patient experience through effective pain management strategies • Conduct proactive rounding and bedside hand-off procedures • Work in a Level II age friendly NICHE facility environment • Utilize advanced telemetry monitoring technology for patient surveillance • Provide specialized care for trauma patients in a level 1 trauma setting Facility: This medical center operates a comprehensive healthcare system providing advanced medical and surgical services to the community.
