Job Description J-1 / H-1B Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiology Opportunity – Western New YorkPosition Overview RecruitWell is partnering with a nonprofit regional health system in Jamestown to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist for a permanent position. Practice Highlights - Join a full-service cardiology group of three full-time cardiologists - Integrated network of board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers - Nuclear, echocardiography, and vascular-certified programs - Services include: - Stress echocardiography - 3D echocardiography - Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) - Office and diagnostic center located near the hospital - Practice locations in Fredonia, Silver Creek, and Jamestown (position based in Jamestown) - Employed, nonprofit health system - PSLF eligible - New graduates welcome Immigration Support - J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome Compensation & Incentives - Base salary range: $600,000 – $661,000 - $100,000 sign-on bonus with a 5-year commitment - Regional retention incentive - wRVU-based productivity incentives - Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and training Final compensation may include incentive-based earnings and is determined by experience, expertise, and market factors. Administrative and business support is provided by the local hospital, including a state-of-the-art medical mall in Jamestown.
