Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Residential Treatment Facility $20,000 Sign on Bonus! Chester County, PA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Residential Treatment Facility (RFT) Join a mission-driven organization dedicated to providing evidence-based residential, educational, and therapeutic services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA in the Residential Treatment Program , you will provide hands-on clinical support to children who live and learn on campus, guiding behavioral interventions and empowering each child to achieve meaningful progress in all aspects of daily living. What You’ll Do: Lead functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior support plans. Supervise a small caseload (6–8 clients) spanning elementary through transition ages. Collaborate closely with residential and educational teams to ensure treatment consistency. Provide staff training, feedback, and coaching to ABA Counselors and DSPs. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, family consultations, and community outings. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) Requirements: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field . Active BCBA certification (new or experienced clinicians welcome). Passion for working with children with severe behavioral and developmental needs. Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills. Valid driver’s license ; ability to complete required background check and orientation. Details: Schedule: FTE, Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM Salary and Compensation: Salary : $80,000 - 97,000/ annual salary $20,000 Sign on Bonus!
