registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse
with operating room experience to provide skilled perioperative
care in a dynamic hospital setting. This contract role is based in
Mentor, OH, with a primary assignment in a 7-room
inpatient/outpatient OR unit, alongside occasional float
assignments to a larger 26-room main OR and trauma center.
Responsibilities: - Perform scrub and circulate duties in the
operating room with expertise in handling a range of surgical
procedures. - Operate the Da Vinci XI surgical system proficiently.
- Provide specialized assistance in posterior eye surgeries and eye
trauma cases. - Collaborate effectively with the surgical team to
ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes. - Flexibly float
between units as staffing and surgical schedules require.
Qualifications: - Current and unrestricted RN license. - Proven
experience as an OR nurse compatible with scrub and circulate
roles. - Proficiency in robotic surgery, specifically the Da Vinci
XI system. - Knowledge and skill in eye-related surgeries
preferred. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
