About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc
to find a qualified Psych RN in Wyandotte, Michigan, 48193! Shift
Information Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12?hour night shift)
Shifts per Week: 3 shifts/week Days per Week: 3 Schedule Type:
Rotating night schedule Examples of possible schedules: Mon, Tue,
Sat, Sun, Wed, Thu Opposite rotation: Sun, Thu, Fri, Tue, Wed, Sat
Duties & Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
nursing care for psychiatric patients. Lead and coordinate care
delivery within the Adult Psych unit. Communicate pertinent patient
data to the care team. Provide patient and family teaching.
Delegate and supervise care as appropriate. Participate in
addressing care variances and implementing corrective solutions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Utilize de-escalation
and crisis intervention skills. Support psych assessment processes
