Job Description:
We are hiring a full-time Primary Care Physician in the Erie, PA
area. We work as a team to help seniors stay safe, healthy and
independent in their homes and communities. We are a premier
healthcare provider striving to provide patient care beyond the
traditional boundaries of medical insurance plans. We are looking
for a provider to work Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm to provide direct
primary medical care to all participants of the PACE program model.
