Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,930 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 18 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Description: This position is for a Med/Surg Telemetry RN on a rotating day/night shift schedule. While preferred shifts will be considered, candidates must be open to rotation based on operational needs. Nurses in this role will deliver high-quality care, monitor cardiac rhythms, and support patients on a medical-surgical telemetry unit. The facility requires a commitment to work every other holiday. Orientation includes ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments. Requirements Requirements: Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience At least 18 months of permanent (non-travel) experience in the specialty Active Ohio or Compact RN license in hand Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must pass ECG rhythm and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation Willing to rotate shifts if needed Must work every other holiday Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
