Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,092 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/13/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Cleveland, Ohio, 44113! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience. Must have 18 months permanent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience prior to travel. License: Must have a permanent Ohio license or Compact state license in hand. Certifications: American Red Cross BLS and ACLS are required. Must be willing to obtain NIHSS prior to start. Must-Have: One recent reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required to qualify for submission. Charge RN references are accepted. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment will be completed during orientation, with an acceptable score required. Description: All requirements listed in the job description are non-negotiable. Night shift work requires three 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Previous charge experience is preferred. Background checks will be conducted and only candidates without open cases will be considered. Nurses and CSTs are exempt from nicotine-free facility requirements. Any other travelers must be nicotine-free with a negative drug screen required within 12 months of start. Candidates may extend with the client for a period of 18 months; after which a six-month break is required. Candidates must complete BCI/FBI prints within 48 hours of signing the contract.
