Key Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing all aspects of the nursing department, including staffing, training, and professional development. Monitor and evaluate quality of care , recommending and implementing improvements as needed. Ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations . Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (in good standing). 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in a long-term care setting. Strong organizational, supervisory, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities . Passion for providing high-quality care to seniors .
