Job Description Locum CRNA – Detroit, Michigan Level 1 Trauma | 40 Hours/Week | ACT Model Position Overview: Join a highly respected Level 1 Trauma Center in Detroit as a full-time CRNA. This opportunity is ideal for experienced providers who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative hospital setting. Flexible start and virtual interviews available. Assignment Details: - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: Ongoing need due to program expansion - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (4x10s, 40 hrs/week) - Setting: Hospital-based | 25 ORs - Cases per Day: 60 surgical cases total - Supervision: ACT model – anesthesiologist present at induction, emergence, and key points Case Types Include: - General surgery (adult and some pediatric) - Endoscopy, MRI, IR, EP lab - Neurosurgical cases - Spinal anesthesia - IV regional anesthesia - Ventilation management - Arterial and central line placement Clinical Requirements: - Board Certified CRNA - Active Michigan license - BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications - Minimum 1 year of Level 1 trauma experience (must be clearly listed on CV) - No new graduates - Clean background - Local providers strongly preferred - Must be available full-time (Monday–Friday, 4x10s) - Any time-off must be disclosed up front Patient Population: Mostly adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients (very few peds cases) Interview Process: Virtual interviews – please confirm email address and provide availability Know a qualified CRNA?
