Job Description Pediatric Radiologist /n University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital / Case Western Reserve School of Medicine /n /n The Department of Radiology at UH Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital/Case Western Reserve University is seeking an energetic, fellowship-trained, board certified or board eligible Pediatric Radiologist. Current fellows are encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will join a state-of-the art subspecialty Division of Pediatric Radiology. The department is committed to excellence in imaged-based clinical care. An enthusiasm for academic radiology and strong desire to teach medical students and residents is required. There are excellent opportunities to collaborate with multiple disciplines in basic and translational research. The Division of Pediatric Radiology performs over 75,000 exams per year and our rapidly growing department is staffed by 4 clinical faculty members. Our pediatric health care network is anchored by our flagship facility, University Hospitals Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital. Located in Cleveland's historic University Circle, this 244-bed full service children’s hospital and academic medical center consistently ranks among the top children’s hospitals in the nation. As the region’s premier resource for pediatric referrals, Rainbow delivers the complete range of pediatric subspecialty services. It is Northern Ohio’s only Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center. The radiology department also provides clinical services for 11 Regional Hospitals and over 30 health system outpatient facilities which provide a tremendous wealth of clinical material. Requirements: - Ohio medical license (or eligible) - Board certified (or eligible) in Diagnostic Radiology with Fellowship training in Pediatric Radiology Practice opportunities are available in Pediatric Neuroradiology and Fetal MRI.
