Job Description Description A Brief Overview /n The Physician
Assistant (PA) is responsible for providing quality care for
patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction. Standard
tasks to be performed by a PA as specified by the Ohio State Board
of Medicine and UH entity specific Medical Bylaws. /n What You Will
Do /n /n This is a full time, day shift position; Monday through
Friday. The primary location will be UH Ahuja, but will involve
travel to Cleveland Medical Center, Hudson and Westlake offices. In
this role you will have your own clinic alongside the Collaborating
Physician at the aforementioned locations. Orthopedic Oncology
experience is preferred; surgical experience is strongly preferred.

Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain
Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients. Annual
training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are
in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace. /n
Qualifications Education - Master's Degree from an accredited PA
educational program (Required) Work Experience - 1 years as a
Physician Assistant (Preferred) Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities -
Demonstrated leadership skills. (Required proficiency) -
Demonstrated skills in interpersonal relationships. (Required
proficiency) - Computer skills to access patient medical data from
UHHS mainframe. (Required proficiency) - Working knowledge of
Microsoft Office and Outlook. (Required proficiency) Licenses and
Certifications - Physician Assistant (PA) (Required) and - Basic
Life Support (BLS) (Required) and - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
(ACLS) (Preferred) - Passed the Physician Assistant National
Certifying Examination (Required) and - Practice with a supervising
physician (Required Upon Hire) and - Maintain national PA
