Requirements
While on assignment in Ashtabula, Ohio, visit Walnut Beach Park,
Lake Shore Park, or Smolen-Gulf Covered Bridge, for beaches,
walking trails, and beautiful views
The clinician will be on call 10 days per month. There will be 75%
once and 25% hem. There are 2 MDs in the practice. The EMR system
is EPIC and the credentialing timeframe is 30-60 days. An active OH
license and APP certification are required.
Dates Needed: PERM - ASAP
Call Ratio/Schedule: 10 days per month
Case Load/PPD: 15-20
Shift Type: Day Shift; Call
