• Required Procedures: - Mgmt. of VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy - Chemotherapy - Intrathecal - Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal, etc - Prescribes
• Trauma Level: I
• EMR: Epic Requirements:
  • OH License/in the process of obtaining
  • BC/BE
  • BLS, ACLS
