• Salary range: $475,000-$750,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).
• 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible - REQUIRED
  • OH license (or in the process of obtaining) - REQUIRED
  • BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
  • Procedures: General Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy with Ileo-Loop Conduit, Radical Prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic Node Dissection, Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound, Renal and Bladder U/S, TRUS Biopsies, Fertility Work-Up, Incontinence Procedures, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (EWSL), Brachytherapy - REQUIRED (note experience at time of submission) CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

      • Ohio
        New patient care tower to open in 2024. Ashtabula County Medical Center broke ground June 30 on a new patient care tower. The 115,000-square-foot, multi-story addition will add 55 new private patient rooms, a new Intensive Care Unit, five new operating rooms and 24 new rooms in the Emergency Department.
        
        Job Description
        
        • Full-time negotiable schedule
        • Hospital Based Outpatient/Clinic
        • On call 10 days per month
        • 50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
        • 90% Outpatient/10% Inpatient
        • 17-20 Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Day
        • 2 Current Urologists in the Group
        • Lab onsite
        • X-Ray onsite
        • Ancillary Office Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist
        • Equipment: PVR Scanner
        • EMR - EPIC
        • Trauma Level I
        • Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
        • Facility will Reimburse for the following: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
