Seeking an energetic Neurologist to join our multi-specialty group and experience tremendous growth in your practice. Work with one full-time experienced neurologist and one part-time experienced neurologist.

Schedule

• Full-time, negotiable scheduling
• On call: 10 days per month
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days, contingent on requested information being returned timely
  Compensation & Benefits
  • $300K to $500K (including all bonuses) DOE
  • 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
  • Possible incentives discussed during interview
  • Sign on bonus (negotiable)
  • Relocation allowance

  • $5000 CME credit
    Position Details
    • Required Procedures : Lumbar puncture, muscle biopsy, EEG, brain death exam, EMG, Botox
    • 100% Adult patients
    • 0-5% trauma-based
    • 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient, 0% rehab, 0% sleep (negotiable)
    • 50 Physicians in the group with 10 APP
    • Lab onsite
    • X-Ray onsite
    • Ancillary Office Staff: 1 EMG tech, 1 LPN, Shared Receptionist
    • Equipment: EMG
    • EMR: EPIC
    • Trauma Level I
      Requirements
      • ACLS, BLS
      • BC/BE
      • Active OH license (or in the process of obtaining) - Required
