The Opportunity: --- The Physician Coach Leader Service Excellence acts as a system champion dedicated to creating a world-class culture of excellence in patient experience by driving a singular focus of "patient as the center" of all work. --- The Physician Coach together with the Sr. Service Excellence Coach for Medical Practice and the Director of Service Excellence, collaborates with senior leadership on a strategic vision of service excellence to be cascaded down to all staff members. --- Focused on creating the ideal patient experience through engaging the front-line care team, the Physician Coach meets the patient and clinician where they are, coaching in the clinical setting. --- Building a culture where every single person is a care giver, the Physician Coach trains and inspires nurses, physicians and all care givers to improve their patient interactions and hardwire proven best practices for highly efficient and effective processes along the patient care value stream. Experience Profile: --- Board certified/eligible at time of employment --- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment --- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority --- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association --- Eight (8) years of healthcare leadership experience with demonstrated success managing teams, developing and managing projects, and implementing patient experience improvement initiatives in a complex environment --- Three (3) years clinical healthcare experience
