Job Description:

Multi-role position with responsibilities for purchasing and customer service. Fast-paced and challenging at times, requires great responsibility and attitude to perform in a critical role in the organization.

Responsibilities:
Purchasing responsibilities:
--- Vendor relations
--- Obtaining multiple quotes on purchased materials and components
--- Issuing purchase orders to vendors
--- Expediting purchase orders
--- Executing purchasing process in accordance with ISO9001

Customer service responsibilities:
--- Technical support on our products
--- Replacement parts sales (earns commission)

Qualifications:
--- Prior experience in purchasing or other clerical and administrative functions
--- Technical customer service experience is desired, but not mandatory
--- Must be skilled at remaining organized to juggle many different activities at once and be diligent and caring enough to respond to customers in a timely fashion
