District Manager is to direct the delivery of services to members
through Branch Managers, Loan Officers and Tellers; ensure the
communication between branches; achieve consistency in branch
procedures and operations;implement and maintain procedural manuals
for teller and member service representative; Achieveorganizational
sales goals; participate in the development and implementation of
strategic plans; insureorganization is in compliance with all
regulations pertaining to deposit related requirements. Participate
inthe general management of the organization as member of the
Management Team. Rotating travel tobranches expected by the
District Manager.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Directs and
monitors operations through subordinated managers, to ensure they
meet organizational goals and objectives.Monitors product quality
and employee knowledge; takes action to resolve problems, organizes
and records branch manager meetings and required
implementation.Hires, reviews, schedules, trains, directs and
monitors the work of direct reports; conducts performance reviews;
allocatesresources to meet operational needs within department;
reviews, approves, denies or modifies department recommendations
from subordinates.Responsible for the overall procedural manual and
implementation for branch managers, loan officers, and tellers
Responsible for obtaining consistency and communication among
branches.Develops, proposes, gains acceptance for and implement
deposit program strategy and policy; leads activity related tonew
product development with respect to deposit programs and
products.Ensures the organization is in compliance with all
regulations; responsible for compliance issues associated with
depositprograms including Regulations B, D, E, Z, CC, and DD.Uses
loan authority to underwrite loans as needed to support

Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Experience: Two years to five years
of similar or related experience.Education: A college degree,
