Job Description PURPOSE Responsible for the overall leadership of our Mentor production center consisting of 100 employees. RESPONSIBILITIES Provides day-to-day direction and overall leadership in regards to: Scheduling Ensuring Quality Control Budget Control Production Flow Logistic Promoting Training & Development QUALIFICATIONS Strong LEAN protocol preferred 10 years prior experience leading an operation with proven track record of results in production flow, quality and process College degree preferred Strong focus on metrics and self-driving to forecast and dial in results and update Manufacturing experience must be from the wood industry or furniture Manufacturing experience must include finishing - must have chemical coatings understanding Company Description Merritt is changing the definition of woodwork and joinery from the inside out.
