They must be willing to engage their customers and team and educate them on the benefits of eating healthy. Shift Managers will be certified in the Front of House positions (starter, builder, dressings, broth, cash, dining room), and certified on prep, grill and dish. Shift Managers will be taught basic administration for management, how to manage the front line and how to perform and submit daily food counts.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand that working a good shift is putting on a great show for the audience.
