Job Description:

The Account Management Representative (AMR) will manage our existing customer relationships and well as drive the inside sales effort for those customers. This position will attend to existing customer base expansion/upsell opportunities using both inbound and outbound methodologies. These goals will be accomplished by working closely with the Customer Success Executive - Customer Support and Consulting to develop business opportunities as well as ensure Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction. All data, events, and outcomes will be logged and maintained using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. This is a Base + Commission position with variable compensation based on sales goals. WHAT DOES THIS JOB ENTAIL? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop quarterly and annual sales plans in partnership with the Sales Leadership that are consistent with the goals and objectives of the Company.
Establish and grow sales pipeline in line with sales targets through the utilization of our sales process and manage these opportunities in tandem with Sales Leadership.
Collaborate with marketing and Product Publishers to ensure quality opportunity generation.
Develop relationships with existing customer decision-makers to ensure customer retention and loyalty while building additional value for them. -- - - Communicate new features and solutions available to meet customer-specific business needs. Work with customer users and decision-makers to help you create sales opportunities and customer relationship expansion. IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU? QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree is preferred with two or more years of sales, customer service, or account management experience, or a combination of education and experience.
Basic knowledge of business software applications is preferred but not required.
Strong communication, organization, interpersonal, and computer skills.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships while exceeding sales goals.
Time management and problem-solving skills.
